Commercial Signage Projects, Managed by One Team
Saifee Signs is a Houston commercial sign company that manages signage projects from design and permitting through fabrication and installation. We have held a City of Houston Sign Administration contractor license since our founding in 2004.
Most signage problems are not fabrication problems. They start at the handoffs. The designer does not know what the permit reviewer will reject. The fabricator does not know what the installer can physically reach. The client ends up managing all three and absorbing every delay in between.
We removed those handoffs. One team carries the project from the first site visit to the final installation photo. The person who answers your call in month four is the person who scoped the job in month one.

Built for How Commercial Projects Actually Run
A general contractor does not need a sign vendor. They need someone who reads a submittal log and does not become the reason the certificate of occupancy slips.
Commercial work runs inside constraints retail work does not have. Buildings stay occupied. Dock schedules and elevator reservations control when crews move material. Property managers want insurance certificates and approved work windows before anyone touches a wall.
We plan around that instead of finding it on install day. Site surveys come before shop drawings.
One Team, One Contract, One Point of Accountability
Every trade on your project works under our contract, our license, and our project manager. You sign one agreement and deal with one company.
That matters when something goes wrong. You raise it once, with us. There is no second vendor to chase, because you never hired one.
Scope, site conditions, and permit requirements get settled before anything is ordered.
Not sure what your site needs? Give us the address and we'll tell you which jurisdiction it falls under, what the package requires, and how long review usually takes. Or call 713-263-9900
Permitting and Approvals Across the Houston Area
Sign projects lose weeks at permitting. A package goes in short one document and the clock restarts. Four items account for most of it:
Dimensioned elevations and site plan
Signed landlord authorization
Engineered wind-load drawings
Electrical details and license info
We file complete packages. Those clear City of Houston wall-sign review in under two weeks. We permit regularly in Houston, Harris County, Katy, Pasadena, Pearland, Sugar Land, and The Woodlands.
What Gets Installed Matches What You Approved
Approval drift is the failure mode nobody warns you about. A drawing gets approved in March. Something changes quietly in the shop. The sign that arrives in July is close, but the blue is off and the letter returns are the wrong depth.
Our shop works from the approved drawing set, not a description of it. Material callouts, finish specs, and mounting details carry forward as documents, not as instructions passed between people. Necessary changes come back to you before they get built.
Multi-Location and Nationwide Signage Programs
Consistency across locations is a coordination problem, not a fabrication one. Signs get built to one spec, then installed by whoever is local, and site four stops matching site one.
We hold the spec centrally. Installation runs through crews we have worked with repeatedly in 16 metro areas, from Houston and Dallas to Philadelphia, Detroit, and the Bay Area. One project manager owns the whole rollout.
Send us what you have. Plans, a photo of the wall, a landlord criteria package, or a rough description all work. We'll tell you what's feasible, what needs a permit, and what it will take to get there. Or call 713-263-9900
