How Saifee Signs helped provide a solution to express the companies culture
Background
The owners of KMP Plumbing Services wanted to bring their office to life by adding some personal touches to the existing mementos and décor. When they reached out to us, they were looking for something special—wall graphics that would not only make their workspace feel more vibrant and inspiring but also significantly boost their team's motivation.
Even though their plumbing work happens in the field, everything comes together in the office, which is the heart of their operations. It's where team members manage sales, dispatch, customer service, and training. As a family-run business, they care deeply about creating an environment that reflects their company’s history and makes their employees feel proud and connected. They wanted their workspace to be more than just an office—it needed to inspire everyone to live up to the values and dedication that built the company, creating a sense of belonging and motivation for the team.
Solution
We made changes to three key areas of their office, bringing a new energy and sense of connection to the space:
Timeline Wall
The first area of focus was a timeline wall, which was a priority for the owners. Most of the project’s budget went into creating this captivating hallway feature. We decided on a layered approach, with a custom wall graphic as the foundation. From there, we built up the design with several key elements, including:
A base mural showcasing plumbing-related imagery
A 3D KMP logo
3D representations of the mission statement, core values, and their "why" statement
Historical text panels that tell the company’s story—some seamlessly integrated into the mural and others raised for added depth. These panels feature important photographs and plumbing pipe accents, highlighting key moments from KMP’s history
Customer Service Wall
The second area was the Customer Service wall. Our challenge here was to move beyond the typical use of motivational posters and breathe new life into the space while staying aligned with the overall design theme. Our designer found the perfect solution by replacing the traditional framed posters with a seamless, single wall graphic that incorporated multiple motivational elements.
The corporate colors, logo, and overall graphic style were skillfully integrated, ensuring the design not only energized the room but also maintained that distinct KMP vibe throughout.
Front Office Operations Management Center
The third area we focused on was the Front Office Operations Management Center. Our goal here was to create a sense of continuity in a space with a high ceiling, multiple doors, and a large cubicle area. Located in Building One, this room needed to prominently display the company values while also providing a space to showcase photographs of their work, all while maintaining the consistent graphic theme throughout.
We achieved this by using a wall wrap as the backdrop, complemented by acrylic photo prints. The photos are designed to be easily swapped out by the customer, allowing them to update the display as projects evolve, ensuring the space remains dynamic and reflective of their latest achievements.
